With over 25 years of extensive experience in property management, block management, and building safety compliance, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field.

My professional journey began in 2000, when I commenced work as a property inspector for estate agencies, producing detailed property inventory reports for thousands of properties across the United Kingdom. Subsequently, I established and successfully managed my own inventory company in London, achieving significant growth and operational success.

In 2003, I became a fully qualified and vetted locksmith, later overseeing a team of locksmiths dedicated to providing lockout and repair services.

By 2010, I spearheaded the creation of a property and block management department, managing a substantial portfolio comprising over 30,000 units. During this period, I also established a maintenance, repairs, and cleaning division supported by a team of 30 skilled contractors.

In 2023, I joined a prominent organization in London as a certified Fire Door Inspector. I was quickly promoted to Regional Manager, and subsequently, I assumed the role of Line Manager in the fire safety sector, leading a large and dynamic team.

Building on this comprehensive experience, George and I founded Shield BSC. Our combined expertise and capabilities enable us to contribute meaningfully to enhancing standards and practices within the fire safety industry.
